These are quality focus mitts. They feel very similar to the fly puncher mitts. Lightweight, but great hand protection. The pads are also cleverly designed so that hitting the pad dead centre delivers a very satisfying crack sound. This is great feedback to determine how accurate the strikes are. Highly recommend these mitts
