1. Shipping and Delivery
1.1. Athletic ships products Australia-wide. Shipping costs, delivery times, and available options will be displayed at checkout.
1.2. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
1.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Returns and Refunds
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy.

2.1. Return Eligibility
   2.1.1. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
   2.1.2. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
   2.1.3. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
   2.1.4. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part.

                2.2.2.1. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the return authorisation and detailed instructions on how to send the                                       product back.
         2.2.3. Pack Your Return Securely:
                2.2.3.1. Place the product in its original packaging and ensure all tags are attached.
                2.2.3.2. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation for reference.
         2.2.4. Ship the Return:
                2.2.4.1. Send the package to the return address provided in the return authorisation email.
                2.2.4.2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
         2.2.5. Inspection and Refund:
                2.2.5.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria.

2.3 Exchanges
